Intended and unintended use¶

To ensure proper operation, longevity, and safety of your system, it is crucial to connect only the equipment specified in this manual to the cryostat and Retina driver input channels. Using any unauthorized or incompatible devices may not only compromise the functionality of the system but can also lead to irreversible damage to the components. Such actions will void the warranty, leaving you responsible for any repair or replacement costs. Always refer to this manual for approved equipment and consult with our support team if you are unsure about compatibility.

Warranty¶

Single Quantum provides a standard 1 year warranty period with all newly purchased branded hardware and software. For an extension of the warranty, please contact Single Quantum (see Contact). These terms are also provided alongside the product quotation.
