Welcome to the Single Quantum Retina, the latest innovation in rack-mountable, stackable readout electronics for Superconducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detectors. Designed with scalability and ease of use in mind, the Retina system grows seamlessly with your needs, allowing you to control bias current, monitor operational details, and verify overall system functionality.

We’ve engineered the Retina to be remarkably simple — so simple, in fact, that it doesn’t even need a power button. With no additional software installation required, you can effortlessly operate the system using an advanced, browser-based application.

The Retina driver is a scalable and user-friendly electronics driver, tailored for Single Quantum SNSPD products. It features a main control unit that can be supplemented with multiple extension units, enabling simultaneous operation of numerous SNSPD channels. The intuitive software design ensures easy monitoring and control of all connected detector channels.
