Appendix C. Recording and Saving Relevant Information¶

Contact¶

Please send an email containing all of the below information and data files to Single Quantum’s service team, using the contact details listed in Section 1.6.

Cryostat information¶

The serial numbers of the cryostat and driver can be found on the characterization sheet for your system, and on stickers on the rear of the driver and cryostat.

Compressor information¶

The serial number can be found on a sticker on the compressor. Please make a note of the current running hours of your compressor. If you have information about the running hours at which maintenance was last performed, please also share this. If possible, please send the compressor pressure during operation and while the compressor is off. Otherwise, please send whichever of the pressure readings is currently available.

Temperature information¶

Please download the temperature data from the Temperature tab. Information on how to do this can be found in Sections 4.2.4 and 4.3.3 for the Retina and Atlas drivers respectively.

Detector information¶

Please perform a bias current sweep with no fibers connected to the system and all ports closed. Include the critical currents of all detectors. Download the resulting data file. Information on how to do this can be found in Sections 4.2.2 and 4.3.2 for the Retina and Atlas drivers respectively.
